Personal Financial Plans.
At Metaplanners, we believe that a personal financial plan is just that - personal. Uniquely tailored to reflect your circumstances and assist you in achieving your aspirations and goals.
We call your personal financial plan the 'Statement of Advice' or 'SoA' and it is the core of the entire financial planning process. Simply put, your SoA is a comprehensive document that asks three very basic and important questions:
- Where am I?
- Where do I want to be?
- How do I get there?
These fundamental questions enable Metaplanners to create your individual Statement of Advice by:
- Discovering your true financial needs and wants
- Analysing them in the context of your present circumstances
- Proposing practical and achievable solutions to help create long-term financial security.
That, as the diagram below shows, is the entire financial planning process in a nutshell!

Financial plans tailored for you
While the process of creating the SoA is essentially the same for everyone, Metaplanners believe the right solution for you is the one that is designed solely for you. Your personal plan will be carefully tailored to your own unique needs and circumstances, plus your SoA will be flexible enough to adapt to the changing needs of your life over time.
Taking the next step
When your SoA is completed and presented to you, you'll definitely have some decisions to make based on the recommendations it contains!
There will likely be many options to consider, but in the main there are two general outcomes:
- You'll be basically happy with the SoA's recommendations but may wish to 'tweak' some particulars prior to implementation.
- You'll be happy with the SoA's recommendations and provide Metaplanners with a written authority to implement them.
No matter if you choose to implement the recommendations right now or hold off to revisit them at a later date, Metaplanners will keep in regular contact via newsletters and invitations to relevant seminars and workshops.
